The Art of Living's Youth Empowerment and Skills (YES!+) program is a fun, dynamic life skills program for college students and young professionals that can give your life the boost of energy you have been looking for.

YES!+ teaches us how to be productive and dynamic while staying cool and centered.
During YES!+, you learn powerful breathing techniques ( SKY ), yoga, meditation and practical wisdom for our modern world.
You can take these techniques back home, incorporate them in your daily lives, and as a result, experience a range of benefits.

The Art of Living's world famous Youth Empowerment and Skills (YES+) Program is one of the most popular life skills programs for youth, specially designed for college students. It aids in improving the overall performance, boosting confidence, enhancing creativity and communication and in developing leadership and team building skills among other areas of self-development.
YES+ programs are conducted at colleges and universities across the world.
Lakhs of students benefited from the program in India as well. In institutes such as XLRI-Jamshedpur, IMT-Ghaziabad, NIFT, SIMC-Bangalore, YES!+ is a compulsory part of the Induction program.
It is taught for credit and/or as an official health services programs in universities such as Cornell University, Stanford University among others.The techniques taught in the YES!+ program have been shown to improve concentration, active engagement, motivation, collaboration with peers, and the energy levels of participants. Johnny is one of the 2700 students who have completed the YES!+ program between 2006 and 2008. It is an intensive workshop spanned over a week to cultivate life skills among the youth aged 18 to 30 years. Through yoga, meditation and Sudarshan Kriya, the workshop manages to de-stress the youth, enabling the release of negative emotions. The workshop also focuses on leadership, creativity, enthusiasm and responsibility. It touches pertinent youth issues such as studies, career, love and relationships with parents through various interactive sessions and activities.
